Girls Varsity Basketball Finishes the Frazier Tip Off Tournament Strong

Commodores Win: 34.00 - 29.00
The Girls Basketball Team Muscles their way past Sto-Rox 34 - 29 in the final game of the Frazier Tip-off tournament. The Commodores were down three heading into the fourth quarter. Taryn Batmen scored 8 of her 10 total points in the Fourth quarter helping the Dores past Sto-Rox. Madelyn Salisbury had a double-double with 10 points and 10 rebounds and Delaney Warnick also added 9. Eberhardt Netted 12 for Sto-Rox while Johnston added 9.
The Dores will be back in action on Tuesday at Brownsville.

Commodores Lose: 25.00 - 57.00
The Girls Basketball Team Falls to Apollo-Ridge 57 - 25 on the opening night of WPIAL season. Delaney Warnick Had a double-double with 10 points and 12 rebounds. While Chloe Harger added 6 for the Commodores. Apollo-Ridge had Four players in double figures, Sydney Durkiancik led the way with 15 points, Jaden Mull poured in 14 points for Apollo. Sydeny McCray added 13 and Brinely Toland had 11.
