Zach Keefer.
Head Coach
Biography:
Zach Keefer is now in his 6th year as the boys' varsity head coach. He has 11 years of Basketball coaching experience, with stops at his alma mater Belle Vernon as a volunteer assistant for 3 years under his father Tim Keefer. He also severed for 2 years as the boys' 9th-grade coach at Frazier. He has also coached Track for 10 seasons at Frazier. In 2021 Keefer led the Commodores to an 18-4 record and won the 2A Section 4 title. Also in 2021 Keefer won the Tri-Cada basketball coach of the year.
Zach graduated from Belle Vernon in 2003 where he played football and basketball. From there he attended Penn State University and earned a degree in Kinesiology. Zach has been a health and physical education teacher in the Frazier School District for 16 years. Coach Keefer resides in Perryopolis with his wife Lisa and two children, Addilynn and Casen.
